1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the k4club platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately from the moment you complete the account registration process.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the k4club platform. Continued use of this platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the k4club platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Not currently subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent participation in online gaming activities.
• Register only one account only — multiple accounts is a serious violation of k4club's terms.
• Using accurate and truthful personal information during registration.
• Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of a k4club employee.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, identity card or passport number, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

K4club implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. Documents that may be required during KYC verification include:

• A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of residential address — a bank statement, utility bill, or official document dated within the last three months.
• A screenshot or proof of the payment method used for the deposit.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. Until verification is complete, you may continue playing using your existing account balance, but withdrawals will not be processed.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

K4club supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking and digital wallets. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the deposit page within your account.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• K4club does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• K4club processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified in our Support section — the majority of requests are completed on the same day or by the next business day at the latest.
• K4club reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

K4club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All such offers are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Each bonus has its own rollover requirement. You must wager the specified amount before any winnings generated from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: You may not combine two different bonus offers in a single session unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Betting limits while a bonus is active: Some bonuses set a maximum bet limit per spin or per wager. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Please check the specific promotion terms for more details.

K4club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the need to protect the integrity of the platform.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the k4club platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been independently audited by qualified third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including k4club itself.

• Game results recorded by the k4club system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, the system will attempt to restore the session to the last valid point. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bets may be refunded to your account.
• K4club is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the player's end.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your k4club account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring you log out after every session — especially on shared devices.

K4club protects your data with 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that you can enable through your account settings. We strongly encourage the use of 2FA for an added layer of security.

Any activity that occurs in your account before you report any unauthorised access to k4club is entirely your responsibility.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k4club platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using another person's identity or false information during registration or KYC.
• Laundering or processing illicit funds through deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools in any game.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for unauthorized gain.
• Spreading false or misleading information about k4club to others.

K4club reserves the right to hold funds in any account suspected of involvement in any of the above activities while an investigation is conducted. We cooperate fully with the relevant authorities when required.

9 Privacy & Personal Data Usage

K4club collects and processes your personal data based on operational requirements and compliance with applicable law. Information provided during registration and KYC is used for identity verification, transaction processing, service delivery, and account-related communications.

10 Limitation of Liability

K4club provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability under all circumstances.

• K4club is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
• K4club's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• K4club is not liable for any losses resulting from the failure or delay of third-party systems, including payment providers and game suppliers.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

K4club reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds that may result in such action include:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
• Inability to verify identity or meet KYC requirements.
• Requests from competent regulatory authorities.

You may also request self-closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Once the request is confirmed, any eligible cash balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

If you select the self-exclusion or self-exclusion option through the Responsible Gaming, your account will be restricted for the period you have set and cannot be reopened before that period expires.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

K4club reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the k4club platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by the relevant authority.
